Yoga Shakti Policies

The following policies are enforced on merchendise and services purchased both online and in-person.

• There are no refunds on class series or store purchases.
• Store purchases — excluding yoga mats, CDs, videos and DVDs — that are accompanied by a receipt and that are in good condition can be exchanged for merchandise or store credit within 7 days of purchase.
• To cancel Monthly Autorenew, we require a written notice 15 days prior to the requested cancellation date.
• Class series expiration time starts on the day of the first class taken. Unlimited class and auto renew options start the day of registration.
• Schedule and prices subject to change without notice; series are non-refundable due to such changes.
• All class packages expire within 90 days of the date on which the first class is taken. Unlimited and Autorenew options expire based on the time specified in the agreement.
• Cancellation of appointments less than 24 hours are subject to a $35 charge. "No-shows" will be charged the full fee for the type of appointment scheduled (private yoga sessions, bodywork, chiropractic, Ayurveda).
